服务条款

xhswriter.ai 由 StaffOS Sdn. Bhd.(公司注册号 202601021856 (1683953-V),以下称「我们」)运营。 当你参加某个活动时,即表示你接受本条款、该商家(主办方)公布的活动规则,以及我们的《隐私政策》。

活动的奖品、抽奖机制、资格判定与奖品发放,均由主办方商家负责,而非我们。我们仅提供让商家 办活动、以及让你生成帖子草稿的技术工具。任何关于奖品或活动结果的争议,应在你与主办方商家之间解决。

• 你须年满 18 岁;未满 18 岁者仅可在父母或监护人同意下参加。
• 每人每个活动通常限参加一次(以手机号识别去重)。
• 你须提供真实、准确的资料,且你提交的内容是你本人的真实体验与作品。

你保留你所提交内容(照片、文字、个人资料)的所有权。提交即表示你授予:

• 给主办方商家一项许可,可在该活动及商家营销中使用你的提交内容(范围以参加时向你披露的为准);
• 给我们一项有限许可,可为提供本服务而存储、处理你的内容并据此生成帖子草稿。

你保证你拥有上传内容的相应权利,且这些内容不侵犯他人权利、不违反法律,也不含他人个人资料。

我们为你生成的帖子是草稿/建议。在你把它发布到小红书 / Lemon8 之前,你有责任自行检查并修改, 并确保符合相关平台规则、广告法及内容真实性。你对你最终发布的内容负责。我们不保证 AI 生成的 内容一定准确、合规,或一定能通过平台审核、获得任何曝光或回报。

你不得:

• 就你未真实体验的产品/服务编造评价,或提交虚假/AI 杜撰的评论;
• 冒充他人,或提交他人的个人资料;
• 侵犯他人知识产权或其他权利;
• 提交违反马来西亚或相关平台规则的内容(包括但不限于色情、暴力、毒品、仇恨、政治敏感内容);
• 以机器人、刷量或任何不正当方式操纵参加或抽奖。

抽奖、资格判定与奖品发放由主办方商家负责。对你提交帖子的核实属尽力而为(可能因网络等原因 无法即时核实)。若发现参加行为违反本条款或涉嫌作弊,我们或主办方可取消相关参加资格。

StaffOS Sdn. Bhd. 及 xhswriter.ai 不隶属于、不获背书于、也不与小红书(RedNote)、字节跳动(ByteDance) 或 Lemon8 存在合作关系。上述名称与商标归各自所有者所有。

本服务按「现状」(as is)提供,不附带任何明示或默示的保证,包括对 AI 输出之准确性、合规性, 或你能否中奖/获益的保证。

在适用法律允许的最大范围内,我们不对主办方商家的活动、奖品或内容负责,也不对任何间接、 偶然或后果性损失负责。我们亦不对核实、内容审核或图片筛查过程中的任何错误或遗漏负责(无论源于疏忽、技术故障或不可抗力)。由于你参加活动无需向我们付费,在任何情况下, 我们就本服务对你承担的总责任不超过 RM100。本条款不排除依法不可排除的责任。

我们如何处理你的个人资料,见《隐私政策》。

我们可能调整本服务或本条款;主办方商家也可能更改或取消其活动。重大变更我们会更新页首日期或在页面标示。

本条款受马来西亚法律管辖,争议由马来西亚法院专属管辖。

xhswriter.ai is operated by StaffOS Sdn. Bhd. (Company Reg. No. 202601021856 (1683953-V), “we”, “us”). By joining a campaign, you accept these terms, the campaign rules published by that merchant (the “organiser”), and our Privacy Policy.

The prizes, draw mechanics, eligibility decisions, and prize fulfilment are the responsibility of the organiser merchant, not us. We only provide the tooling that lets the merchant run the campaign and lets you generate a post draft. Any dispute about a prize or campaign outcome is between you and the organiser.

• You must be 18 or over; anyone under 18 may take part only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• Generally one entry per person per campaign (de-duplicated by phone number).
• You must provide truthful, accurate information, and the content you submit must reflect your own genuine experience and work.

You keep ownership of the content you submit (photos, text, personal data). By submitting, you grant:

• the organiser merchant a licence to use your submission for the campaign and the merchant’s marketing (to the extent disclosed to you at entry); and
• us a limited licence to store and process your content and to generate a post draft, solely to provide the Service.

You warrant that you own or have the rights to the content you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights, break the law, or contain other people’s personal data.

The post we generate for you is a draft / suggestion. Before you publish it to Xiaohongshu / Lemon8, you are responsible for checking and editing it and for ensuring it complies with the relevant platform rules, advertising law, and truthfulness requirements. You are responsible for what you actually publish. We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate or compliant, or that a post will pass platform review or achieve any reach or result.

You must not:

• fabricate reviews of products / services you did not genuinely experience, or submit fake / AI-fabricated reviews;
• impersonate others, or submit other people’s personal data;
• infringe anyone’s intellectual property or other rights;
• submit content that breaks Malaysian law or the relevant platform rules (including, without limitation, pornography, violence, drugs, hate, or politically sensitive content);
• manipulate entries or the draw through bots, inflation, or any improper means.

The draw, eligibility decisions, and prize fulfilment are the organiser merchant’sresponsibility. Verification of your submitted post is best-effort (it may not be possible to verify instantly, e.g. due to network conditions). If an entry breaches these terms or appears fraudulent, we or the organiser may void it.

StaffOS Sdn. Bhd. and xhswriter.ai are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered withXiaohongshu (RedNote), ByteDance, or Lemon8. Those names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to the accuracy or compliance of AI output or whether you will win or benefit.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the organiser merchant’s campaign, prizes, or content, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. We are likewise not liable for any error in or omission from our verification, moderation, or image-screening process, whether arising from oversight, technical failure, or force majeure. Because you pay us nothing to take part, our total liability to you in connection with the Service shall in no event exceed RM100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

We may modify the Service or these terms; the organiser merchant may also change or cancel its campaign. We will update the date at the top, or note material changes on the page.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
